Adelaide Now newspaper has Aldinga Beach in a feature article as one of the hottest suburbs in Adelaide due to the recent duplication of the Southern Expressway.

According to CoreLogic RP Data, Aldinga Beach currently has a median sale price of $330,000, – well below the state median of $429,000.
